So Suraj Gajjalwar submitted a Right to Information application to the Pune office of the Inspector General of Registration and Controller of Stamps. However, with the information received, this confusion seemed to be increasing further. According to the information given, 138 posts of Secondary Registrar and 46 posts of Senior Clerk and Supervisor (Group C) are vacant. So does the department not have information about the exact number of seats? Such a question arises.


Stamp Department Vacancies: There are a total of 600 posts of Secondary Registrar Group-B posts in the Stamp Duty Department, out of which 300 posts are mandatory to be filled through competitive examination. MPSC had approved this post in 2013. But the demand letter for this post has not been announced. Recruitment to the post of Sub Registrar Group-B in Stamp Duty Department is not done through competitive examination. The post of Sub-Registrar Group-B is an important post in the Revenue Department.

Due to non-recruitment on these posts, the pressure of additional work is increasing on this department and the work is being managed by assigning additional work and giving temporary promotions. He was recruited through the then Maharashtra Secondary Services Selection Board through the final competitive examination in the year 1995. Therefore, the students of competitive examination have demanded that the advertisement for this post should be taken out.
