HVF Avdi Apprentice 2025 Recruitment Process Overview
The HVF Avadi Apprenticeship program is a prestigious opportunity for young engineers and diploma holders to gain hand experience in a government -run industrial establishment. The selection process is highly competitive, the candidates are shortlisted based on their marks and percentage of the community category (SC/ST/OBC/General).
The program offers one year training period with a monthly stipend of Rs. 9,000 and Rs. 9,000 for engineering and non-engineering graduates. 8,000 for diploma holders.

- Revised list released: The revised list of shortlisted candidates has been published on the official portal of the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) https://nats.education.gov.inCandidates can select “Apprenticeship News” by navigating in the “regional events” section and selecting “boat (southern region)”.
- Certificate verification date: The document is going to be on verification process 16 April, 17, and 21, 2025From 10:00 am to 5:00 pm. Candidates should report to HVF Training School, Avadi Road, Chennai – 54, as according to the time slot mentioned in their call letters.
- Call letter: Shortlisted candidates have already received their call letters through their registered email ID. It is mandatory to carry a printed copy of the call letter with the required documents on the day of verification.
- Documents require: Candidates must bring the following original documents with a set of photocopy:
- Degree/diploma certificate
- Consolidated mark sheet or all semester mark sheet (with percentage/CGPA conversion)
- Community Certificate (for SC/ST/OBC candidates)
- PWD Certificate (if applied)
- Full Bio-Detta Form (provided in attachment)
Important instructions,
- Koi ta/da: Travel and housing expenses will not be reimbursed to participate in the verification process.
- No employment guarantee: Completion of apprenticeship does not guarantee regular employment in HVF Avadi.
- eligibility criteria: Candidates with work experience over a year or who have already gone through apprenticeship training are not eligible.
