- Age limit: No more than 45 years as the interview date. According to government rules, age discount is available for reserved categories.
- Ability:
- For all specialties: PG Degree/Diploma in Related Specialty with Registration in Kerala State Medical Council.
- For icu expertise: Important care with PG Degree/Diploma, General Medical, pulmonary, or ICU management experience in anesthesia.
For super expert (full -time/part time)
- Age limit: Not more than 69 years As the date of interview.
- Ability:
- entry level: MCH/DM/DNB or equivalent in related super feature.
- Senior Advisor: Match/DM/DNB with at least 5 years of super specialty qualification experience.

- PG Diploma Holder: About. ₹ 1,35,225 per month
Super expert
- Full -time (entry level): ₹ 2,10,000 per month
- Full -time (Senior Level): ₹ 2,40,000 per month
- Part -time (entry level): ₹ 1,00,000 per month (If applicable, ₹ 20,000 for emergency call)
- Part -time (Senior Level): ₹ 1,50,000 per month (If applicable, ₹ 20,000 for emergency call)
